What we collect

We collect the account details you give us (name, email, phone), the business profile you create in Bizly (business name, category, location, products, target customers), any images you upload, and the marketing content generated for you.

How we use it

• To generate marketing content, plans and campaigns for your business.
• To operate your account, process payments and provide support.
• To improve the reliability and quality of the service.

AI processing

Your business profile is sent to our AI provider to generate content. We do not sell your data and we do not use your business information to market other businesses.

Payments

M-Pesa payments are processed by our payment partner on their secure checkout. Bizly never receives or stores your M-Pesa PIN or full payment credentials — only a payment reference, amount and status.

Storage and security

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with row-level access rules so that only your account can read your business data. Access is protected by authentication and encrypted in transit over HTTPS.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and business data at any time by emailing support@bizly.co.ke.
