The service

Bizly is an AI marketing assistant. It generates marketing strategy, content plans, social posts, campaigns and WhatsApp replies based on the business information you provide. Bizly does not publish to your social accounts — you review, download and publish content yourself.

Your account

• You must give accurate business information and keep your login secure.
• One account is for one business unless otherwise agreed.
• You are responsible for everything published from content generated in Bizly.

AI-generated content

AI output can contain mistakes. Always review content — especially prices, offers, opening hours and claims — before you publish it. You own the content you publish; you are responsible for it complying with Kenyan law and platform rules.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are charged in Kenyan Shillings through our M-Pesa payment partner. Each plan includes a stated number of AI generations. Access is activated only after a payment is verified. Monthly plans are currently charged as one-time payments granting 30 days of access.

Acceptable use

Do not use Bizly to create misleading, unlawful, hateful or adult content, or to market prohibited goods and services.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using Bizly at any time.
